Health certificate to be submitted
(1) No person shall be permanently appointed to a civil post without submitting a health certificate as per Schedule-5.
(2) The certificate of health must be obtained from a doctor approved by the Government of Nepal.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
